Beautiful Presents for Kids or for the Home

This is a line drawing of a sculpture that is now displayed in the IFI cinema. The ‘Mr Screen sculpture’, created by artist Vincent Browne. As much of my work is inspired by children I added a child and a quote by Walt Disney to this design. Makes for beautiful unique presents for kids or to hang in the home.

The design process is ‘take a line for a walk’, which is drawing the image in a continuous line.

Stella Kearns of Little Star Illustrations has been an illustrator for over thirty years. Stella still works and develops her little characters as she would for animation, beginning with rough blue pencil sketches.

After the birth of her first child, Stella moved from animation into the area of freelance illustration. ‘Little Star Illustrations’ was conceived & fully launched in 2016. Stella works primarily in pencil coupled with a touch of colour in red ink, applied to high-quality paper.

Stella’s work is handmade to order and her designs are both unique and imaginative – perfect for little ones to treasure. All of Stella’s illustrations are available as Fine Art Giclee Prints, created to look like the original artwork.

Shipping Policy

You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched by Little Star Illustrations. Dispatch is within 7 - 14 working days depending on whether the order is a print or an original personalised piece of artwork. Once the item is made it is then professionally framed (if framing is chosen). We endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.
