‘You can never be overdressed or overeducated’   Oscar Wilde Quotes

Words in Porcelain

Framed in 10x15cm white box frame. Please let me know if you would like any small inscription written under the tile, within the frame.

This piece will take approximately 2 weeks.

Process

Orla O rolls raw porcelain to create the tile. She then hand imprints each letter into the clay, which is first fired to bisque. She applies underglaze and then firest the piece to 1290 degrees celsius, making it solid to withstand all elements. The art tile is then mounted onto a white wooden frame, with any inscription you would like written under the tile (or left blank).

*Orla O Visual Arts custom makes each piece, so the image is a representation of the finished piece.
