This is a framed continuous line drawing, inspired by Emma Jane Rushworth Hare sculpture in wire.  I thought this Irish colloquial saying ‘Sure you know yourself’… was suitable  to add a little fun to this design.

Description

This is a continuous line drawing, inspired by Emma Jane Rushworth Hare sculpture in wire. ‘I saw you like for 3 seconds… and it made my day’, this line art was inspired by friendship. These design make  unique and personal  pieces  of  wall art, for the young and young at heart.

The design process is ‘take a line for a walk’, which is drawing the image in a continuous line. All these images are hand drawn by me and Giclee printed on a high quality archival paper. My frames are all hand made in white wood, by The Boat Yard Gallery in Greystones.

Stella from Little Star Illustrations has been working as an illustrator for the last 25 years. She began her career working  with some of Irelands  well known animation studios. As a character design she developed her style and carried it through into her illustration work.  She created’ Little Star illustrations’ in 2016,  to offer a very personalised unique piece of Artwork to her customers and to bring her little characters to life in wonderful whimsical illustrations. Suitable for all occasions.

Stella Kearns of Little Star Illustrations has been an illustrator for over thirty years. Stella still works and develops her little characters as she would for animation, beginning with rough blue pencil sketches.

After the birth of her first child, Stella moved from animation into the area of freelance illustration. ‘Little Star Illustrations’ was conceived & fully launched in 2016. Stella works primarily in pencil coupled with a touch of colour in red ink, applied to high-quality paper.

Stella’s work is handmade to order and her designs are both unique and imaginative – perfect for little ones to treasure. All of Stella’s illustrations are available as Fine Art Giclee Prints, created to look like the original artwork.

 

Shipping Policy

You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched by Little Star Illustrations. Dispatch is within 5 - 7 working days depending on whether the order is a print or an original personalised piece of artwork. Once the item is made it is then professionally framed (if framing is chosen). We endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.
