About Cuando Creator

Founded by Susan Brambell in 2013, the brand grew from the original slang map of Ireland, ‘The Manky Map’, to include a range of Irish posters celebrating Irish cities, counties and pastimes. Literature, Irish culture and vernacular language feature strongly in all The Word Bird’s pieces, connecting Susan’s time as a secondary level English teacher with her love of design.
