This Beautiful ballpoint click pen which has been handcrafted using a piece of Irish Bog Oak.

• Material: Irish Bog Oak 5000-6000 years old. Chrome fittings.

• Ink: The pen takes a standard Parker style refill which can be replaced from any good stationary store.

***Irish Bog Oak***

During hundreds and thousands of years, because of minerals and iron from the water, the rotting of oak timber is slower. A special role is played by the underground waters in the creation and darkening the wood.
So over thousands of years, the wood turns from golden brown to black, this makes it very hard and needs to be worked with sharp tools. Due to all of this no two trunks can be found of the same colour.
