Description
Co Galway is famous for so many things it’s hard to know where to start. There’s Connemara and all those gorgeous lakes. There’s the Claddagh ring and the races. The are beaches to make you want to stay forever and castles that make you believe in fairytales. There’s the smallest museum in Ireland and the landing site of the first non stop transatlantic flight. The the longest place name in the county is here – can you find it in the print? Translated it means ‘piggery between two briny places’! And, as if that’s not enough, Christopher Columbas visited Galway in 1477. Whether you’re from Galway or a visitor, this A3 word art print by Susan Brambell, The Word Bird is full of all the reasons there are to love this county.
It is sold rolled in a tube so will post safely and fits into an Ikea Ribba or other commercially available frames. There’s a note rolled in with the print to help with sizings.
Made in Ireland by The Word Bird.
