Pregnancy Reveal scratch off cards for Grandparents

These are fun cards which can be personalised by adding a First Name , the recipient scratch’s off the foil heart to reveal the message!

**Please note the heart will not be attached when dispatched unless it is going directly to the recipient.

* The only personalisation offered is to add a first Name with a character limit of 15. There is no option to add extra text.

* There is no offer for printing inside the card, it is blank

Cards are : 5.5 x 4.25 inches (approx), Blank inside , with white envelope
